Business Development Manager

Location: Spaze Plazzo, India

Market: European Territory

Not looking for someone to just manage sales.

We're looking for someone who can open doors, close deals, and build serious growth across Europe.

At Prism, this role is for people who want more than a routine B2B sales job. You'll work on a fast-moving international market, deal directly with hotel owners and vacation rental brands, and play a key role in expanding a business connected to one of the world's biggest hospitality ecosystems.

You'll be:

  • Driving business across key European markets like Germany, Austria, Netherlands, France, and Belgium
  • Building partnerships with top hotel owners and vacation rental companies

What you'll do

  • Build and close partnerships with hotel owners, vacation rental companies, and hospitality brands across Europe
  • Show partners the commercial value of joining the network and convert conversations into signed deals
  • Create deal structures, negotiate terms, and close contracts
  • Generate new opportunities through cold outreach, social selling, conferences, and partnerships
  • Grow partner revenue through pipeline management, upselling, and strategic account development
  • Handle complex negotiations involving legal, commercial, and marketing terms
  • Ensure partners succeed after onboarding through strong account management and relationship building

What we're looking for

  • 45 years of B2B sales experience in a highly competitive environment
  • Strong track record of driving revenue and closing strategic partnerships
  • Confidence in working with senior decision-makers and enterprise clients
  • Experience managing an international territory
  • Comfortable using CRM tools and pipeline systems
  • Willingness to travel extensively across Europe
  • Experience in the vacation rental industry is a strong advantage
