International Business Development Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new international markets, distributors, and business opportunities
• Build and maintain strong relationships with overseas clients, distributors, and agents
• Lead negotiations, finalize commercial agreements, and achieve international sales targets
• Coordinate with Regulatory, Production, QA, and Logistics teams for timely execution of export orders
• Track market trends, competitor activities, and product demand across assigned regions

Requirements:

• 812 years of experience in International Business Development (Pharmaceutical industry preferred)
• Strong exposure to export markets, dossier-based business, and international regulatory processes
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
