About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and driven International Sales Executive (Fresher) to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone eager to build a career in global sales by identifying opportunities, engaging international clients, and driving export growth across key markets.
Role Mission
To identify, connect, and build strong relationships with international prospects while driving export sales growth for our product range.
Key Responsibilities & Success Metrics
Regional Sales Growth
Achieve quarterly profitability targets from assigned international markets (primarily Middle East and Asia) within the first 6 months.
Lead Conversion
Convert at least 10% of qualified enquiries into active accounts every quarter.
New Client Acquisition
Onboard a minimum of 20 new international clients per quarter in focus regions.
CRM & Reporting
Maintain 100% accuracy in CRM data and ensure timely reporting of sales activities.
Candidate Profile
- Education: Bachelor's degree (Business, Economics, Engineering, or International Trade preferred)
- Experience: 01 year (Freshers are welcome)
