Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented International BPO Sales Representative to join our dynamic team, also candidate needs to Handle about 15 - 30 inbound calls in a day, to assist US-based clients in our travel process.
Job Type: Full-time, Work from Office
Salary: 18000 to 30000 + incentives Up to 4 lakhs - 5 lakhs/month
Location: Kolkata (Walk-in)
Key Responsibilities:
- Resolve ticket queries and convert calls into sales opportunities.
- Handle 15-30 inbound calls from US-based clients and effectively convert them into sales.
- Work comfortably on the night shift.
- Earn monthly sales incentives in addition to a fixed salary.
Requirements:
- Minimum 10+2 education preferred.
- At least 1 year of experience in international sales processes and 6 months in an international BPO.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Strong command of the English language, both written and spoken.
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proven experience in Business-to-Customers (B2C) sales management.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
