Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic International BPO Executive to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have 1-5 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably within the BPO industry, and will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our international clients.
Handle customer inquiries and complaints via phone, email, and chat in a timely manner.
Provide accurate information and solutions to customers regarding products and services.
Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times.
Document and update customer records accurately in the system.
Collaborate with team members to achieve individual and team targets.
Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.
1-5 years of experience in a customer service or BPO role.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and preferably in other languages.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet.
Proficiency in using computers and various software applications, including MS Office Suite.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well in a team.
Familiarity with CRM systems and practices is a plus.
