Demonstrate patience when dealing with challenging cases
Exhibit excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Respond to customer queries promptly and accurately
Resolve customer issues efficiently, effectively, and empathetically
Follow up with customers for additional information
Provide accurate, valid, and complete information using the right tools
Flexibility with shifts
