About IBU,GIFT City

. IFSC Banking Unit (IBU), GIFT City is a deemed offshore Unit of the Bank and is treated at par with its other overseas

branches.

. IBU, GIFT City is primarily engaged in providing foreign currency denominated financial services/products to non-

resident (both individuals, entities). It can also extend services to residents but only to the extent permitted as per

FEMA regulations.

. Axis Bank Ltd had set up the IBU in 2017 and it has since rapidly scaled up in terms of its market presence, balance

sheet and products. It presently has corporate banking, trade, retail& wealth, treasury and capital market desks

with an independent dealing room and operations team.

About the Role

. To manage key corporate and private banking accounts of IBU

. To source new to bank corporate and private banking accounts

. To deliver fee, net interest income and float budgets

Key Responsibilities

. To handle key corporate and private banking accounts ,end-to-end across their life-cycle

. Source corporate and private banking deals/accounts in collaboration with coverage and private banking RMs

. Structure & negotiate term sheet for corporate banking transactions

. Ensure compliance with IBU,RBI & associated regulatory guidelines and internal norms at sanction and post-sanction

stages

. Ensure delivery of transactions within the pre-agreed TAT

. Coordinate with external legal counsel for foreign law governed credit documentation

. Monitoring and tracking the credit related metrices of the Borrowers, post sanction

. Design customised products/offerings for corporate and private banking customers

. Handle timely delivery of regulatory and management reports/presentations

Qualifications

. CA/MBA from a premier institution

. Professional certification ( CFA etc) would be preferred

. Prior work experience (1-5 years) in relevant domains would be preferred

. Awareness and exposure to general RBI and FEMA regulations

. Proficiency in MS Power point & Excel
