Position: Admission Counselor International Sales
Location: Mumbai
Job Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound inquiries from international prospects
- Counsel students on suitable programs based on career goals and eligibility
- Convert leads into enrollments through consultative selling
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow-ups in CRM
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams for campaign effectiveness
- Provide timely feedback and market insights to improve offerings
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and engagement
Qualifications
- Graduate in any relevant field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
Experience
- Minimum 2 years in international sales or student counseling
- Exposure to edtech or overseas education preferred
Eligibility Criteria
- Immediate joiners preferred
- Proven track record in sales conversions
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales processes
