As part of this, we are recruiting an Internal Solutions Engineer, based in India, to support our Delivery, Business Development, Finance and Operations teams.

In this role, you'll join a diverse group of consultants, project managers and technologists with a deep specialism in international markets and crossborder business.

What you'll be doing

You'll work with teams across the company to identify workflow problems, evaluate solutions, and build prototypes that show what's possible often in days, not weeks. This is a hands-on, creative and iterative role, central to improving how we operate globally.

Internal Tools, Automation & AI

In your day-to-day, you will evaluate new SaaS tools across Delivery, Business Development, Finance and Operations, assessing their fit, usability and integration potential. You'll prototype and build lightweight automations using Python, APIs and large language models (including OpenAI and Claude) to connect systems and streamline internal processes.

You'll use AI to accelerate development prompting, generating code snippets, testing logic and iterating quickly. From experimentation through to implementation, you'll help turn ideas into practical tools that make everyday work easier.

Collaboration & Platform Adoption

You'll collaborate with teams across multiple countries, gathering requirements and translating them into practical, user-friendly solutions. You'll support the adoption of key internal platforms such as the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, Cobra (our CRM), HubSpot, Concur and other internal systems.

You'll take solutions from testing through to rollout, including preparing simple documentation, onboarding materials and user training. You'll also create continuous feedback loops so tools and workflows improve over time, acting as an internal problem-solver and builder across the business.

What you'll need

• Strong Python skills and comfort working with APIs, JSON and lightweight automations
• Experience using or integrating with SaaS tools
• A good understanding of how to use LLMs to accelerate workflow, prototyping and development
• Excellent spoken and written English, with the ability to work with global, non-technical colleagues
• A curiosity about how business processes work and how to make them work better
• A creative, iterative mindset, with the ability to experiment rapidly and learn from results
• Willingness to explore new tools, test hypotheses, break things safely and continuously refine solutions
• Experience working in a technical, automation, solutions engineering, internal tools, RevOps, BizOps or similar role
• Comfort working independently, managing small internal projects and delivering clear outcomes

This position is based in Delhi, India and will involve regular collaboration with colleagues across our global offices.
