Job Description
We are looking for a versatile Internal Recruiter & IT Operations Executive who can manage domestic hiring within India while also supporting basic IT systems and VOIP administration. This role is ideal for someone who is comfortable wearing multiple hatsowning end-to-end recruitment and ensuring smooth day-to-day IT and office technology operations.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & HR Operations
- Handle end-to-end domestic hiring in India for internal positions.
- Manage sourcing through job portals, referrals, and direct outreach.
- Conduct initial screening, interviews, coordination with hiring managers, and offer rollouts.
- Manage onboarding and offboarding processes, including documentation and system access.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate pipelines, and hiring reports.
IT Systems & Infrastructure Support
- Provide desktop and laptop troubleshooting (Windows/macOS basic support).
- Manage and administer VOIP phone systems and portals (user setup, extensions, access, basic troubleshooting).
- Handle Google Workspace administration including email creation, access management, and account maintenance.
- Coordinate with vendors or external IT support when advanced technical issues arise.
- Ensure systems, devices, and user access are maintained in line with company policies.
Required Skills & Experience
- Proven experience in domestic recruitment within India (internal hiring preferred).
- Strong understanding of sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding processes.
- Hands-on experience with desktop/laptop support and basic IT troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with VOIP systems and admin portals.
- Experience managing Google Workspace (Gmail, Drive, user administration).
- Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of responsibilities.
Preferred Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in recruitment, IT operations, or a hybrid role.
- Prior experience in a startup or growing organization is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of IT asset management and access controls.
