Your role:

  • Prepare KPI reports for North America Implementation by collecting, analyzing, and manipulating data coordinating trending and root cause analysis and tracking mitigations. KPIs include metrics for go-live readiness, implementation quality, go-live success, cycle time, and labor efficiency

  • Manage the Go-Live Readiness process by scheduling readiness assessments, following up on u201Cnot mets,u201D preparing readiness performance reports, and coordinating continuous improvement efforts.

  • Manage the Go-Live Approval process and calendar, maintaining the master file with dates, resource assignments, and software versions ensuring compliance and preparing standard reports.

  • Monitor time-writing compliance and utilization reporting, including follow-up with non-compliant staff.

  • Support project teams in using project mgt. tools (e.g., Smartsheet, SharePoint, SFDC), including license support, project and customer folder creation, and improving data hygiene in pre-sales and project records.

  • Develop and manage balanced scorecard dashboards for project/go-live health and success tracking.

  • Support ad-hoc analysis and reporting, including performance deep dives.

You're the right fit if:

  • You are a strong analyst and an advanced Excel user with command of formulas for conditional logic, data lookup/retrieval, manipulation, and tables. VBA/macros experience is a plus. Familiarity with tools like Smartsheet, SharePoint, and SFDC is preferred.

  • You have 3+ years of experience in roles as an internal project manager and/or analyst. Prior experience with KPI reporting is a bonus.

  • You are a highly organized and proactive team player with strong interpersonal skills, capable of balancing execution with maintaining effective relationships with busy, customer-facing PMs.

  • You have excellent verbal and written communication skills and take clear, actionable notes.

  • You are a problem solver passionate about continuous process improvement. You have a Bacheloru2019s degree in a relevant field (or equivalent experience)

  • You are willing to work flexible hours to maintain sufficient overlap with the North American team. You would be available for meetings and email until noon Eastern Time three days a week (with breaks)
