Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Kolkata for an Internal Auditor. The Internal Auditor will be responsible for conducting financial audits, preparing comprehensive audit reports, performing in-depth financial analysis, and ensuring compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements. The role also involves assessing risks, identifying areas for process improvement, and communicating findings effectively to stakeholders to enhance organizational efficiency and accountability.
Qualifications
- Expertise in conducting Financial Audits and preparing detailed Audit Reports
- Strong Analytical Skills with the ability to evaluate financial data and assess risk
- Solid understanding of Finance principles and regulatory compliance requirements
- Effective Communication skills to convey findings and solutions clearly
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Experience in the financial services sector is advantageous
- Proficiency in audit tools and financial management software is a plus
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
