Role Description This is an on-site internship role based in New Delhi. The Intern will support day-to-day operations across sourcing, product development, and production coordination, assisting with sample tracking, vendor communication, and documentation. Responsibilities may include conducting market and material research, organizing data and reports, helping prepare presentations, and contributing to brand and merchandising initiatives. The Intern will collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain timelines, ensure quality standards, and support sustainability-focused projects. This role offers exposure to end-to-end apparel manufacturing and an opportunity to learn within a fast-growing, impact-driven organization.

Qualifications

• Strong interest in sustainable fashion, apparel manufacturing, and supply-chain operations.
• Ability to conduct structured research, analyze information, and present findings clearly.
• Proficiency with productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentations, documents) and comfort working with data.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and with external partners.
• High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and reliability in managing multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Fashion, Textiles, Business, Sustainability, Design, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• Demonstrated curiosity, willingness to learn, and openness to working in an evolving, fast-paced environment.
• Prior internship, project work, or extracurricular experience in apparel, manufacturing, sustainability, or brand-building is a plus.
