About the Role:
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Talent Acquisition Intern to support our HR team in end-to-end recruitment activities. This internship offers hands-on exposure to sourcing, screening, and hiring processes while building a strong foundation in recruitment and HR operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, and professional networks
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements
- Coordinate with candidates for interviews and follow-ups
- Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers
- Support in drafting and posting job descriptions
- Assist in employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives
- Help with onboarding documentation and joining formalities
- Provide general administrative support to the HR team
Duration: 6 months to 1 year
Requirements:
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic understanding of recruitment processes (preferred)
- Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented with good organizational skills
