Intern - Talent Acquisition | ZoloStays

Location: Bangalore (In-office)

Duration: 3 Months

Stipend: 18,000/month

What you will be responsible for

4. Create a Strong Candidate Experience

You'll:

  • Communicate clearly and professionally
  • Follow up consistently
  • Represent Zolo's culture in every interaction

5. Learn & Build Hiring Intelligence

You'll:

  • Track hiring metrics and pipeline data
  • Understand what works and what doesn't
  • Learn how hiring decisions impact business outcomes
