About the Role

We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Intern to support our hiring team. This role offers hands-on exposure to end-to-end recruitment and stakeholder coordination in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, and referrals
• Screen resumes and shortlist profiles based on role requirements
• Coordinate interviews and manage scheduling
• Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate data
• Ensure smooth candidate communication and follow-ups
• Support employer branding and hiring initiatives as needed
