Job Description

  • Seeking out new talent, identifying and contacting prospective candidates at first level and screening talent before connecting them with Lead Recruiters
  • Assist in scheduling and conducting interviews.
  • Utilize various sources to attract potential candidates.
  • Assisting in conducting background and reference checks successfully within the defined duration.
  • Provide administrative support to the talent acquisition team.
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure a seamless recruitment process.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with potential candidates.
WHAT YOU LL NEED:
Qualifications
  • Post graduate in MBA- HR
  • Available for 4-5 months internship opportunity
  • Focus on streamlining processes for Emp Referral, DEI hiring, BGV.
Skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • A keen eye for detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
