. Candidate Screening: Review resumes for key skills and conduct initial vibe-check phone screens to assess culture fit and basic qualifications.

. Candidate Experience: Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates, ensuring they have a smooth, professional, and friendly interview journey.

. Scheduling: Coordinate complex interview loops between candidates and hiring managers across various time zones.

. Employer Branding: Assist in creating content for our LinkedIn page or careers site to show the world what it's like to work here.
