Overview


CACTUS is a remote-first organization and we embrace an accelerate from anywhere culture. You may be required to travel to our Mumbai office based on business requirements or for company/team events.

Internship Duration: 3 Months

The opportunity:

As an Intern, Talent Acquisition, you will play a crucial role in supporting our recruitment efforts, from sourcing potential candidates to participating in the selection process. This internship provides a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the exciting field of talent acquisition.


Responsibilities


  • Assist in the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to interviewing and onboarding.
  • Source potential candidates through various channels, including online job boards, social media, and networking events.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring a positive experience for both candidates and hiring teams.
  • Assist in the development of internship program initiatives and engagement activities.
  • Contribute to the improvement of recruitment processes and suggest innovative ideas for attracting top talent.
  • Support the creation and updating of job descriptions and recruitment-related documentation.

Qualifications and Prerequisites


  • Bachelor's or Master's in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
