• Actively monitor social media trends, viral audio, and pop culture to create timely, relevant content.
• Engage with the INTUNE online community by responding to comments, messages, and mentions to foster brand loyalty.

Content Creation

• Ideate and shoot engaging short-form video content (Reels/Shorts) featuring INTUNE's latest collections.
• Assist in creating visually appealing graphics and writing catchy captions that resonate with our target audience.
• Collaborate with the design and marketing teams to brainstorm fresh campaign ideas.

CRM Content Strategy

• Draft compelling, click-worthy copy for email newsletters, SMS, and WhatsApp marketing campaigns.
• Help design personalized content journeys aimed at customer retention and driving repeat purchases.

Branding & Strategy

• Ensure all visual and written content consistently aligns with INTUNE's youthful, accessible, and trendy brand voice.
• Assist in tracking campaign performance and compiling basic reports to see what content resonates best with our audience.
