Job Description

Job Role: Research & Insights Intern

Internship Duration : 6 Months

You should apply if you have:

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Psychology, Sociology, Economics, Statistics, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with a proven ability to interpret data and connect observations to broader consumer behavior.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to articulate ideas clearly and concisely, and comfortable interacting directly with consumers.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) or Google Workspace (Sheets, Slides, Docs).
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to take initiative in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated curiosity about consumer behavior and market dynamics.

What will you do

  • Research Project Execution: Actively participate in the end-to-end execution of in-house primary research studies.
  • Qualitative Research: Moderating or co-moderating small-scale focus groups, conducting in-depth interviews (IDIs) with consumers, and capturing detailed observations.
  • Quantitative Research: Setting up and launching surveys using online platforms, managing respondent recruitment, and monitoring data collection.
  • Research Design & Development: Collaborate in developing research objectives, drafting effective survey questions, and crafting comprehensive discussion guides.
  • Data Collection & Management: Systematically collect, organize, and maintain consumer data from various research activities. Ensure data quality and integrity through careful review and cleaning.
  • Analysis & Synthesis: Perform preliminary data analysis, identifying key themes, patterns, and emerging insights from both qualitative and quantitative consumer feedback. Contribute to competitive analysis by researching market trends and competitor strategies.
  • Reporting & Presentation: Prepare clear, concise summaries, reports, and presentations of research findings for internal stakeholders.
  • Develop compelling visuals and narratives to effectively communicate insights.
  • Administrative Support: Provide logistical support for research projects, including scheduling, resource organization, and maintaining research documentation.

Work Experience: Preferred (Nice-to-Haves)

  • Previous coursework or practical experience in conducting qualitative or quantitative research (e.g., class projects, student organizations).
  • Familiarity with survey platforms (e.g., SurveyMonkey, Qualtrics, Google Forms) and/or basic data analysis tools.
  • Interest in the sports nutrition, health & wellness industries is a plus.

Working days: Monday - Friday

Location: Magnum Global Park, 11th Floor, Golf Course Road, Gurugram, Haryana (Work from Office)
