Who Can Apply
- Fresh graduates (B. Com, BBA, B. Tech, MBA etc.)
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written
- Must be comfortable working full-time for 1 year
- Must have a laptop, stable internet connection, and proper WFH setup
Key Skills Required
- English fluency Clear speaking and professional writing
- MS Excel proficiency Above basic (formulas, sorting, filtering, formatting, basic dashboards)
- Attention to detail, time discipline, and accountability

You Will Be Trained In
- Understanding client requirements and decoding job descriptions
- Industry mapping and identifying competitor hiring patterns
- Identifying critical technical and behavioral skills from JDs
- Working within a future-ready recruitment process
- Exposure to ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems), candidate outreach tools, and AI-powered screening techniques
- Navigating and sustaining efficiency in a highly process-driven system
- Developing individual leadership, ownership mindset, and professional client handling
Additional Information- Internship Certificate will be issued only on successful completion of 12 months
