Intern - Quality

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

• Accurately enter the internal testing reports from the assembly department into an Excel spreadsheet daily.
• Regularly review the Excel file to verify data accuracy and follow up with the assembly team to resolve any discrepancies or missing information
• Utilize Excel functionalities such as sorting, filtering, and formulas to enhance data management and reporting efficiency.
• Maintain open communication with the assembly and quality assurance teams to ensure that any issues are promptly addressed.
• Documentation Preparation: Creation and maintenance of quality documentation specific to valve manufacturing processes, including inspection reports, compliance certificates, and test results.
• Work closely with production, and inward quality control & Final QA teams to gather necessary information and resolve any documentation discrepancies.
• On Time Document submission & uploading in respective folder for assigned orders
• Actively participate in company safety initiatives and programs to promote a safe working environment.
• Contribute to implementing and maintaining 5S principles & Kaizen activities to enhance workplace organization and efficiency.

Who You Are:

• Education: Graduate / Diploma in Engineering is required
• Good command over English language
• At least 1 year of work experience in similar industry role
• Demonstrated excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Applications

Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:

• Graduate with experience in preparation of Quality documentation as per valve industry requirements.
