FOUNDER'S OFFICE PICKQUICK
Compensation: 25,000/month
Location: Remote (ideally Pune, Mumbai, or Indore)
Employment Type: Full-time, 6-month contract (with potential for conversion)

ABOUT PICKQUICK
PickQuick (Civicgrid Technologies Private Limited) is a quick commerce enabler that partners with established legacy brands to scale their presence across platforms including Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart, and JioMart.
We operate a plug-and-play infrastructure supporting 900+ daily distribution points and maintain a negative working capital model. The company has raised 31 crores in Series Seed funding.
ROLE OVERVIEW
This position operates within the Founder's Office team, supporting brand partnerships and operational execution. The role focuses on managing brand relationships, coordinating logistics, maintaining catalog infrastructure, and conducting market research for partner brands.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Brand Relations
Serve as point of contact for partner brands during onboarding and ongoing operations
Coordinate communication between brands and internal teams
Track brand requirements, timelines, and deliverables
Maintain relationship documentation and status updates
Support brand presentations and partnership materials
Logistics Coordination
Track distribution operations across 900+ daily distribution points
Coordinate with logistics partners and warehouse operations
Monitor fulfillment timelines and inventory movement
Support resolution of operational issues and delays
Maintain logistics dashboards and status trackers
Listing & Cataloguing
Collect and organize SKU data from partner brands
Prepare catalog listings for platform uploads (Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart, JioMart)
Ensure platform compliance and listing accuracy
Track listing status, approvals, and go-live timelines
Maintain catalog database and documentation
Market Research
Research consumption brands and category trends
Analyze competitor positioning and platform performance
Track category news, product launches, and market movements
Prepare market intelligence reports for partner brands
Identify growth opportunities and market gaps
Data & Reporting
Build and maintain operational dashboards
Prepare weekly reports on brand performance and operations
Analyze data to support decision-making
Create presentations and strategic documents
Maintain data hygiene across systems
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Strong organizational and coordination skills
Proficiency with Google Sheets/Excel, CRM systems, and data tools
Excellent written and verbal communication
Research and analytical capabilities
Attention to detail and process orientation
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Understanding of FMCG/consumption brands or quick commerce
Experience with catalog management or e-commerce operations
Exposure to logistics or supply chain coordination
Familiarity with data analysis and visualization tools
