Role Overview

We are looking for an HR Intern Shared Services to support HR operations and employee lifecycle processes. This role will assist with HR documentation, employee data management, onboarding support, and responding to employee queries while gaining hands-on experience in HR service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update employee records in HR systems.
  • Assist with onboarding and offboarding documentation and processes.
  • Support HR shared services by responding to employee queries.
  • Prepare HR documents such as employment and verification letters.
  • Maintain HR trackers and assist with HR reports and data updates.
  • Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of employee information.

Requirements

  • Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office.
  • Basic understanding of HR operations is a plus.

Must Have Skills

  • Good communication.
  • well versed with MS Office.
  • excellent with advanced MS Excel and PPT skills.
