About Industrial Consulting Department:
JLL's Industrial Consulting vertical operates as an integral component of our broader Industrial and Logistics Services division, delivering comprehensive solutions across the logistics, manufacturing, infrastructure and supply chain sectors. The focus spans across business consulting, business plan and strategy advisory, market entry strategies, site selection, market research and feasibility studies backed by robust market intelligence and data analytics. The business serves a diverse clientele including logistics operators, manufacturers, industrial park developers, institutional investors, and government bodies.
What this job involves:
- Conduct Market Survey: Analyze real estate market trends and opportunities
- Data Analysis: Gather and analyze data on property prices, market demand, and competitors
- Report Generation: Create reports and presentations using MS Office tools
- Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to implement strategies.
- Special Projects: Assist in various projects assigned by the Team Lead.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Bachelors/Master's degree
- Ready to do field visit
- Team player and to excel as an individual contributor if required
- Excellent communication skills
- Presentable
- Go getting attitude
- Self-Motivated
- Quick Learner
Estimated compensation for this position is: INR 15,000/month
