Position Overview

We are looking for enthusiastic, creative, motivated, and career-oriented interns to join our Marketing team. Interns will gain practical experience in digital marketing, social media management, content creation, market research, branding, and promotional activities.

The selected candidates will work closely with experienced professionals and contribute to marketing initiatives while developing essential skills for a successful career in marketing and communications.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns across various digital platforms
• Support social media management activities, including content planning, scheduling, posting, and engagement
• Create engaging content for social media platforms, websites, blogs, and other marketing materials
• Assist in developing creative captions, promotional messages, and marketing communication
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify industry trends and marketing opportunities
• Assist in developing marketing strategies to improve brand awareness and online visibility
• Support the creation of presentations, brochures, flyers, newsletters, and other promotional materials
• Assist with website content updates, basic SEO activities, and content optimization
• Monitor social media engagement, reach, impressions, and other marketing performance metrics
• Maintain marketing trackers, campaign calendars, and performance reports
• Assist in identifying potential business opportunities and researching relevant target audiences
• Support email marketing campaigns and promotional communication
• Coordinate with internal teams to collect information, updates, and content required for marketing initiatives
• Assist with branding initiatives and ensure consistency in the organization's brand communication
• Support public relations (PR) activities, media research, and online reputation management
• Assist in identifying opportunities for healthcare-related content, awareness campaigns, and community engagement
• Explore creative marketing tools and AI-based applications to improve content development and productivity
• Perform other marketing-related tasks and projects as assigned by the reporting manager
• Complete assigned projects accurately and within established timelines

Eligibility Criteria

• Bachelor's degree completed or
• Master's degree completed (MBA/Marketing/Mass Communication/MHRM/MSW/M.Com, etc.)
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
• Familiarity with social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube
• Basic understanding of digital marketing and content creation
• Knowledge of Canva, graphic designing, or video editing tools will be an added advantage
• Creativity and the ability to develop engaging content and marketing ideas
• Strong willingness to learn, adapt, and work in a professional environment
• Positive attitude, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and time management abilities
  
  

Internship Details

• Duration: 3 Months
• Bachelor's Degree Stipend: 5,000 per month
• Master's Degree Stipend: 7,000 per month
