Role Description The Marketing and Promotions Intern will support SEWS.AI's marketing initiatives and brand visibility through on-site activities based in Hyderabad. This is a full-time role focused on assisting with planning and executing promotional campaigns, supporting digital and offline marketing activities, and helping create content for social media and other channels. The intern will conduct market research, gather customer and competitor insights, and assist in reporting on campaign performance. Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating with internal teams, supporting sales and customer-facing events, engaging with prospective customers, and helping maintain accurate records of marketing and promotional activities. The role offers hands-on exposure to marketing strategy, customer engagement, and product promotion in a fast-growing technology environment.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage professionally with customers, partners, and internal teams.
• Candidates should possess Market Research and Marketing Strategy skills to analyze trends, understand customer needs, and support campaign planning.
• Candidates should possess basic Sales and promotional skills to support lead generation activities and assist in outreach efforts.
• Candidates should be comfortable with digital tools, social media platforms, and basic content creation for marketing campaigns.
• Candidates should demonstrate good organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Enrollment in or completion of a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
• Interest in technology, SaaS products, or messaging platforms such as WhatsApp Business API is an advantage.
