SucSEED is the Investment Manager of SEBI-regulated SucSEED Indovation Fund, an AIF Category-I Venture Capital Fund. We partner with ambitious founders and build long-term institutional platforms in India's early-stage ecosystem. We have also set up a Fund Management Entity in GIFT City Gujarat to launch our Fund-III in USD denomination.
We nurture entrepreneurial talent through capital and venture talent through ownership and responsibility.

About The Internship
The Intern Communications & Marketing Operations will work closely with the Fellow Sales, Marketing & Growth and support day-to-day execution across:
- Investor outreach support
- Marketing and content execution
- CRM management and data hygiene
- Ecosystem research and coordination
This is a hands-on execution role designed to give interns first-hand exposure to how a venture fund builds its investor pipeline, brand presence, and ecosystem relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Investor Outreach & CRM Support
- Assist in building and updating investor databases (HNIs, Family Offices, LP prospects)
- Support outbound outreach through email, LinkedIn, and follow-ups
- Maintain CRM hygiene and accurate tracking of conversations
- Prepare outreach lists, tracking sheets, and basic reports
- Marketing & Communication Support
- Assist in LinkedIn content execution, newsletters, and ecosystem posts
- Help draft basic communication material, updates, and announcements
- Support preparation of decks, presentations, and internal documents
- Track engagement metrics and content performance
- Managed and Updates Website Content
- Executing & Following Social Media Calendar
- Creating & Formatting Newsletter
- Ecosystem & Research Support
- Research founders, funds, LPs, and ecosystem partners
- Assist in coordinating investor meetings and ecosystem events
- Support event logistics, documentation, and follow-ups
- Maintain structured records of ecosystem interactions
- Growth & Operations Execution
- Support data collection for growth dashboards and KPIs
- Assist in identifying gaps in outreach funnels
- Help document processes, templates, and best practices
- Execute clearly defined tasks under guidance of the Fellow
Who This Role Is Ideal For
This Internship is ideal for someone who:
- Is a student or recent graduate interested in Venture Capital, Growth, or Fund Operations
- Wants practical exposure, not just a brand name on their resume
- Demonstrates strong Written Communication Skills
- Has experience of using tools like Canva, Google Analytics, CRM and has basic understanding of reporting and analytics
- Has experience of Sales and Marketing Functions either through Internships or collegae activities
- Is curious about fundraising, investor relations, and ecosystem building and not hesitant to make a cold call to an investor in india or globally.
- Is comfortable with spreadsheets, basic tools, and structured work
- Has strong attention to detail and follow-through
- Is open to feedback and learning in a high-performance environment
