Intern

Makkaddam Service Business Pvt. Ltd. (DPIIT-recognized startup) is offering a 3-month structured internship for individuals who wish to learn startup operations, basic coordination, pincode-level workforce onboarding, and communication skills.

As an intern, you will support our operational processes, help users with basic app instructions, maintain simple reports, and learn end-to-end workflow in a real startup environment.

This internship is designed to develop practical skills and provide exposure to the construction workforce-tech industry.

• Assist with pincode-level onboarding activities
• Support users with basic app instructions and queries
• Maintain simple daily reports and data entries
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth workflow
• Learn operational processes, teamwork, and communication
• Follow company guidelines and complete assigned tasks

• Age 18+
• 10th / 12th / ITI / Diploma / UG / PG students can apply
• Basic communication skills
• Smartphone handling knowledge
• Interest in operations, management, or startup learning
• Ability to learn quickly and follow instructions

This is a paid internship. Stipend will be provided as per company policy (fixed + performance-based benefits).
