The Knowledge Base Intern will help us maintain a high level of accuracy in our KB, and support our teams with administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

Knowledge Collection:

  • Research and gather country-specific data from external sources.
  • Ensure that collected data is accurate and up-to-date before it is incorporated into the KB.

Knowledge Base Administration:

  • Update and maintain the KB by manually adding data to individual country pages.
  • Ensure consistency and accuracy across all entries.

Requirements:

  • Experience in administrative roles, knowledge management, or content administration - advantage

Skills:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong time management abilities.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in content management.
  • Ability to research and analyze data from multiple sources.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
  • Technical: Comfortable with manual data entry tasks and basic computer skills. Experience with MS Office, Google Suite, or similar tools is required.
