The Knowledge Base Intern will help us maintain a high level of accuracy in our KB, and support our teams with administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Knowledge Collection:
- Research and gather country-specific data from external sources.
- Ensure that collected data is accurate and up-to-date before it is incorporated into the KB.
Knowledge Base Administration:
- Update and maintain the KB by manually adding data to individual country pages.
- Ensure consistency and accuracy across all entries.
Requirements:
- Experience in administrative roles, knowledge management, or content administration - advantage
Skills:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong time management abilities.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in content management.
- Ability to research and analyze data from multiple sources.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
- Technical: Comfortable with manual data entry tasks and basic computer skills. Experience with MS Office, Google Suite, or similar tools is required.
