About Government & Infrastructure Advisory Department:
The team of experts provide advisory services to public sector clients. They have completed 300+ government consulting studies covering transaction advisory, urban mobility, asset monetization, and policy reforms. The team partners with central/state governments, urban development authorities, and municipal corporations across pan-India coverage. Services span strategic advisory, urban solutions, transport advisory, PPP structuring, and bid process management across multiple infrastructure sectors.
What this job involves:
- Conduct Market Survey: Analyze real estate market trends and opportunities
- Data Analysis: Gather and analyze data on property prices, market demand, and competitors
- Report Generation: Create reports and presentations using MS Office tools
- Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to implement strategies.
- Special Projects: Assist in various projects assigned by the Team Lead.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Bachelors/Master's degree
- Ready to do field visit
- Team player and to excel as an individual contributor if required
- Excellent communication skills
- Presentable
- Go getting attitude
- Self-Motivated
