The IT Intern will support the organization's IT team in maintaining computer systems, networks, and software applications. This internship is designed to provide hands-on experience, practical technical skills, and exposure to real-world IT operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in installing, configuring, and maintaining computer systems and software
- Provide basic technical support to employees/users
- Help troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
- Assist in maintaining system documentation and user manuals
- Support data entry, backups, and system updates
- Help monitor system performance and security
- Assist in basic networking tasks (LAN, Wi-Fi, printers)
- Participate in IT projects and routine maintenance tasks
- Follow company IT policies and data security guidelines
Skills & Qualifications
Required:
- Basic knowledge of computers and operating systems (Windows/Linux/macOS)
- Understanding of MS Office or similar productivity tools
- Willingness to learn and follow instructions
- Good communication and teamwork skills
