Job Title:Sales & Marketing Intern
Location: Futuresmith, Behala Flying Club (Onsite)
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Working Hours: 10 AM 7 PM
Internship Duration: 3 to 6 Months
Stipend: No fixed stipend

About the RoleFuturesmith is looking for a dynamic and motivated Sales & Marketing Intern to support our business development and marketing operations. This role is ideal for someone passionate about learning real-world sales, digital marketing, and brand-building strategies while working closely with industry professionals.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in developing and implementing sales & marketing strategies
- Conduct market research and help identify new prospects
- Support digital marketing activities such as content creation, social media, and campaigns
- Help with client outreach, lead generation, follow-ups, and onboarding
- Participate in meetings, client visits, and on-ground promotional activities
- Prepare sales presentations, proposals, and marketing documentation
- Maintain lead databases, track progress, and create weekly reports
- Collaborate with the internal team for smooth execution of tasks
Requirements- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic understanding of digital marketing and sales concepts
- Ability to commute to Behala Flying Club daily
- Self-driven, disciplined, and eager to learn
- Willing to assist in meetings, outreach, and field activities when needed
- Knowledge of MS Office, Google Workspace, and social media is an advantage
