We are seeking a motivated Intern IT Support professional for a full-time, remote position. The role involves providing technical support to end-users, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, assisting with desktop computer setup and maintenance, and ensuring the efficient operation of IT systems. The intern will work closely with the IT team to resolve help desk tickets, manage system updates, and contribute to improving support processes.

• Proficiency in Technical Support and Help Desk Support
• Experience with Troubleshooting and resolving IT-related issues
• Knowledge of Desktop Computers and their maintenance
• Familiarity with Information Technology practices and tools
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to learn new tools and technologies quickly and adapt to a fast-paced environment
• Basic understanding of network troubleshooting is a plus
• Pursuing or holding a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred
