Roles and Responsibilities:
At Deloitte, you'll be expected to contribute to the firm's growth and development in a variety of ways, including:
1. Risk Assessment & Internal Controls:
- Assist clients in identifying and evaluating business and technology risks, and recommending internal controls to mitigate these risks.
- Evaluate existing controls and identify opportunities for improvement to enhance operational efficiency.
2. Project Management:
- Actively participate in decision-making with engagement management and understand the broader impact of decisions.
- Play a lead role in engagement planning, economics, and billing.
- Generate innovative ideas, challenge the status quo, and foster continuous improvement.
3. Technology & Compliance:
- Facilitate the use of technology-based tools and methodologies to review, design, and implement audit products and services.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and international standards such as SSAE, SOC, SOX, ISAE, PCI, ISO 27001.
4. Client Relationship Management:
- Build and nurture positive working relationships with clients, aiming to exceed client expectations.
- Identify opportunities for cross-selling services and participate in proposal development efforts.
5. Team Leadership:
- Mentor, guide, and manage junior team members to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Participate in professional and civic organizations to enhance visibility and knowledge.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Educational Qualification:
- B.E./B.Tech in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields.
- Chartered Accountant (CA) and/or MBA in Finance/IT is preferred.
- Experience:
- 1-8 years of experience in IT audits, IT General Controls (ITGC), SOX, ICFR, IFC, SAS 70, SSAE, SOC audits, IT risk consulting, or related regulatory/compliance audits.
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems like SAP, Oracle Financials (OFIN), JDE, etc., and their native application controls is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and international standards (SSAE, ISAE, SOX, PCI, ISO 27001).
- Skills Required:
- Strong understanding of IT risk management frameworks such as COSO, COBIT.
- Excellent English communication, presentation, and soft skills.
- Proven team management capabilities and leadership potential.
