Role- Intern - Implementation - 6months Contractual role - 25,000 monthly

Power the Future of SaaS Implementations & Why This Role Matters

As an Implementation Support Associate, you will play a key role in supporting and configuring the Sirion SaaS platform to ensure smooth customer implementations and ongoing system performance. This role involves close collaboration with both internal and external stakeholders, including Customer Success, Professional Services, Service Desk, Product, and Engineering teams, to deliver high-quality implementation and support experiences for Sirion customers.

How You'll Make An Impact

Requirement Validation & Product Understanding

  • Work closely with business users to validate requirements and maintain a strong understanding of Sirion's product functionality in line with customer needs.

Configuration & Implementation Support

  • Configure the Sirion platform as per approved requirements and support end-to-end customer implementations.
  • Provide onsite or remote support during implementation phases to ensure seamless delivery.

Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Coordinate with internal functional teams to identify required enhancements and process changes based on client requirements.
  • Partner with Product and Engineering teams to resolve complex implementation and support issues.

Issue Ownership & Escalation

  • Take ownership of customer-reported issues and drive them through to resolution.
  • Follow standard escalation processes for unresolved defects and enhancement requests, ensuring timely follow-ups with Product teams.

Stakeholder Communication

  • Provide prompt, accurate, and clear updates to customers and account managers.
  • Maintain strong written and verbal communication with all stakeholders.

Documentation & Tools

  • Create and maintain clear process and configuration documentation.
  • Demonstrate advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word, with a solid understanding of internet technologies.

Technical & Functional Skills

Skills & Experience You Bring to the Table:

  • Strong understanding of technical implementation and SaaS support processes.
  • Experience handling complex user access modules and system configurations.
  • Proficiency in process documentation and operational workflows.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a data-driven mindset.
  • Excellent communication skills with a customer-centric and friendly approach.
  • High ownership, accountability, and attention to detail.

Education & Qualifications

  • Required: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent Degree/Diploma.
  • Preferred: B.E., B.Tech, BCA, MCA, or similar Technology-focused Degree/Diploma.
  • Exposure through academic or college projects related to technology or systems implementation is an added advantage.
