The Opportunity

We are looking to employ an enthusiastic and detail-oriented HR Operations Intern to support our HR department with day-to-day HR operations and administrative tasks. This internship will provide hands-on exposure to HR processes including Onboarding till Offboarding, HRMS management, Leave Attendance support, Personnel records update and employee lifecycle management.

You will gain practical experience in maintaining HR records, supporting employee onboarding and exit processes, Managing strategic activities, assisting with payroll inputs, and coordinating with vendors and internal teams.

Functional Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in maintaining and updating employee records in HRMS and personal files.
  • Support in generating HR reports such as attendance, leave, and headcount.
  • Ensure accuracy of employee data and proper documentation for onboarding and exits.
  • Support end-to-end onboarding activities, including documentation, induction scheduling.
  • Assist in payroll input collection, investment declarations proofs checking.
  • Address basic employee queries related to HR policies, leave, and attendance.
  • Assist with other HR operations activities or projects assigned from time to time.

  • Prior internship/exposure in HR operations
  • Willingness to learn new tools or Familiarity HRMS tools workflow

Duration: 2 Months

Location: Kandivali, Mumbai

Kindly Note: This internship requires you to operate from the office for full time.

Qualifications

To Qualify for the Role, You Must Have

  • MBA/PGDM (HR) pursuing or recently completed, or final-year graduate with strong interest in HR operations
  • Basic understanding of HR operations and employee lifecycle management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidential information.
  • Proactive, self-driven, and enthusiastic to learn.
