We are looking to hire an HR Analytics Intern for a 1-year internship.

Duration - 1 year (Paid internship)
Assist in analysing HR data related to compensation, headcount, workforce trends, and people analytics to identify meaningful insights.
Use advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, Power Query, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, data cleaning, and data manipulation) to organize and prepare HR datasets for analysis.
Build interactive dashboards and visual reports in Power BI to track key HR metrics such as headcount, attrition, compensation trends, and workforce insights.
Translate raw HR data into clear data-driven stories and visual insights that help HR leaders understand trends and support strategic decision-making.
Identify patterns and trends in HR datasets and present actionable insights through charts, dashboards, and reports.
Ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and integrity of HR data while handling sensitive employee information.
Collaborate with HR and business stakeholders to present insights in a clear and compelling way using data visualization.
Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate insights effectively using data and visual storytelling.
