Position Objective

Intern/Apprentice Talent Acquisition will assist the Talent Acquisition and HR Operations teams by assisting in recruitment activities, maintaining accurate HR records, and supporting day-to-day HR operations. The role plays a key part in enabling faster hiring.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Assist in sourcing and shortlisting candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and internal databases.
  • Coordinate interviews by scheduling discussions, following up with candidates, and ensuring timely communication.
  • Support in posting job openings on career pages, portals, social networks, and internal channels.
  • Support HR Operations by maintaining employee records, HR documentation, and digital file management.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (IT, Admin, Finance) for onboarding logistics, asset allocation, and access setup.
  • Assist in preparing HR & recruitment reports, dashboards, and MIS to support HR decision-making and process improvements.

Academic Qualifications

  • Any Bachelor's degree with good academic records.
  • Basic knowledge on Analytics.

  • Possess good knowledge on MS Office, (MS excel in particular).
  • Well-organized, able to pay extreme attention to detail.
  • Focused on quality of work.
  • Ability to handle confidential information.
