Job Description
We're hiring a Growth Marketing Intern who'd rather run a scrappy test today than write a perfect plan next week. You'll work directly with the growth team to run our below-the-line (BTL) marketing: residential society activations and community building that put us face to face with residents and turn them into a loyal local community, and figure out which ones actually move the numbers.
This isn't a coffee-run internship. You'll own real experiments, see the results, and get credit when something works. If you've got good instincts, read people well, and know how to hustle, we want to talk to you.
What you'll do- Plan and run activations inside residential societies and gated communities: stalls, sampling, demos, and weekend events
- Build relationships with RWA committees, society secretaries, and facility managers, and secure permissions and slots
- Map target societies by area, size, and fit, and keep an activation calendar running across them
- Start and grow resident communities through WhatsApp groups, referral drives, and resident ambassadors
- Partner with festivals and society events (Diwali melas, sports days, kids activities) to show up where residents already gather
- Coordinate vendors, promoters, and merchandise so every activation runs on time and on budget
- Track footfall, leads, sign-ups, and repeat engagement per society, and report what worked
- Expect some evenings, weekends, and local travel for events
- Street smart. You read situations and people quickly, and you know how to get things done without a manual
- Sharp instincts. You can tell a good idea from a bad one fast, and you're usually right
- A hustler. You've sold door to door, worked events, or talked your way into an opportunity, and approaching strangers doesn't faze you
- Curious about why people buy. You notice what makes you click, share, or pay, and you want to know why
- Comfortable with numbers. You don't need to be an analyst, but you like knowing whether something worked
- Low ego, high ownership. You take feedback well and don't wait to be told what to do next
Preferred: MBA in Marketing (completed or in progress). That said, what you've actually done on the ground counts as much as the degree.
Nice to have- Experience with society activations, community management, events, or field sales
- Fluency in the local language(s) of the markets we work in
- Your own two-wheeler and a valid licence
- Basic Excel or Google Sheets for tracking leads and budgets
- Real ownership and results you can point to on your resume
- Direct mentorship from the growth team
- A path to a full-time role for standout interns
- Good stipend and PPO
