This internship is designed to provide exposure to various aspects of finance operations, including Record to Report (R2R), Month-End Close, Variance analysis and support across specialized accounting teams. compassionate healthcare for all. What will you be responsible for
As an Intern, you will be supporting the Finance Operations team in the following areas:
- Learn how journal entries are prepared and posted across various accounting areas.
- Understand the month-end close process and its role in financial reporting.
- Observe how financial data is validated for accuracy and timeliness.
- Gain exposure to accounting treatment of supplies and operational expenses.
- Learn the daily cash clearing process and basics of bank reconciliations.
- Understand intercompany journal entries and how balances are reconciled.
- Get familiar with salary accounting and payroll reconciliation processes.
- Learn how investment-related transactions are reported and recorded.
- Understand lease accounting principles and how agreements are analyzed.
- Participate in general accounting tasks and explore automation tools and dashboards.
- Assist in organizing audit and compliance documentation for review.

- Candidates must be B. Com graduates and currently pursuing ACCA, with a minimum of 8 papers successfully cleared.
- Strong interest in accounting and finance operations.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and journal entries.
- Proficiency in MS Excel; familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.
- Good communication and analytical skills.
