Tecnod8.AI is a full stack Agentic AI Startup. We are aiming to make Industrial & Manufacturing Engineering as easy as DIY through Agentic AI. We are supported by Maruti Suzuki Accelerator, FITT-IIT Delhi, NASSCOM GenAI Foundry, IIT Mandi Catalyst and iHub & IIM Bangalore NSRCEL.

Were looking for a self-driven Gen AI Intern to support us on Agentic multimodal RAG systems. You&aposll work closely with the founding team to build pipelines that allow AI agents to reason over and generate insights from text, images, structured data, and external tools.

• Research and prototype agentic RAG pipelines with a focus on multimodal inputs (text + images, tables, etc.)
• Integrate LLMs with retrieval systems (e.g., ChromaDB, Weaviate, or custom vector stores)
• Design and implement agents that can call APIs, interpret documents, and take iterative actions using tools like LangChain or Autogen or similar
• Evaluate model outputs for quality, grounding, and factuality
• Develop internal tools and dashboards for prompt iteration and system monitoring
• Stay on top of the latest developments in GenAI, multimodal models, and agent architectures

• Languages: Python (primary), JavaScript (optional)
• Frameworks/Tools: LangChain, OpenAI Function Calling, Autogen, LlamaIndex
• Models: GPT-4o, Claude 3, Mistral, Gemini, LLaVA, MMReAct agents
• RAG Infrastructure: FAISS, ChromaDB, Weaviate, ElasticSearch
• APIs: OpenAI, HuggingFace, Google Vision API, SerpAPI, Custom REST APIs
• Data: Text (PDFs, Docs), Images, Tables (CSV/Excel), Web Scraped Content
• Version Control & Deployment: Git, Docker (basic), Streamlit/Gradio (for demos)

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in CS, AI/ML, Data Science, or a related field
• Prior experience (academic or personal projects) with LLMs and/or RAG workflows
• Bonus: Experience with multimodal models, agent frameworks, or contributing to open-source AI projects

• Hands-on experience building advanced GenAI systems in a fast-paced startup environment
• Exposure to frontier tools and models shaping the future of AI agents
