About the Role
We're looking for a Founder's Office Intern who will work directly with the founders on customer acquisition and growth initiatives.
This role is not a typical internship. You will operate at the intersection of strategy, growth operations, and administration, helping drive initiatives that directly impact how the company acquires and engages customers.
If you enjoy building things from scratch, solving ambiguous problems, and executing quickly, this role will give you front-row exposure to how founders scale businesses.
What You'll Work On
- Identify and research potential customers, partners, and growth opportunities
- Build and maintain lead pipelines and prospect databases
- Support founders in executing outbound customer acquisition campaigns
- Draft and manage outreach across email, LinkedIn, and other channels
- Track outreach, responses, and conversion metrics
- Assist in building presentations and proposals
- Support operational execution across ongoing business development initiatives
- Work on high-priority strategic initiative directly with the founders

Ideal Background
- Final-year undergraduate / MBA student or recent graduate
- Background in business, economics, management, marketing, or engineering
- Prior internship exposure to startups, consulting, growth, or operations is a plus
