Looking for Immediate Joining.
Key Responsibilities-
- To manage experience for multiple guests and their families at a real estate project with the help of other team members
- To welcome guests when they arrive at site and guide them to their seating area
- To assist during ribbon cutting, cake cutting celebration for the guests and serve the cake
- To pre plan the experience at least two days in advance and co-ordinate with multiple vendors required to cater to the experience
- To maintain track of each experience
- To work on other events of Things2do from Things2do office on days when there is no experience happening at the client site
- To be on ground on Things2do events and support on event production
- To co-ordinate for Things2do events with different vendors and help in pre planning of the event with the team
- To drive on ground production, setup, vendor management, artist management, fabrication, and other technical aspects on event day
