About this Position: The Intern will be responsible for Implement e-commerce strategies: Execute strategic plans to enhance online sales performance, increase conversion rates, and improve customer retention through effective e-commerce strategies.
What youll do:
- Market research and analysis: Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends, consumer behavior, and industry best practices. Utilize data-driven insights to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement.
- E-commerce platform management: Oversee the selection, implementation, and management of e-commerce platforms, ensuring optimal functionality, user experience, and integration with other business systems. Stay up-to-date with the latest e-commerce technologies and solutions.
- Sales and revenue optimization: Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop pricing strategies, promotional campaigns, and cross-selling/up-selling initiatives to maximize sales revenue and profitability.
- Customer experience enhancement: Work closely with marketing designers and customer service teams to optimize the online shopping experience, improve PDP, and ensure customer satisfaction at every touchpoint.
- Digital marketing integration: Coordinate with the marketing team to align e-commerce strategies with digital marketing initiatives, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content strategies. Drive traffic generation, customer acquisition, and brand awareness.
- Analytics and reporting: Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement robust analytics tools to measure the effectiveness of e-commerce strategies. Generate regular reports and provide actionable insights to stakeholders for performance optimization.
- Collaborative teamwork: Foster strong relationships and effective communication with cross-functional teams to align objectives, share insights, and drive e-commerce initiatives across the organization.
What makes you a good fit:
- 0-1 years of experience e-commerce marketing activities
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field (master's degree preferred).
- Knowledge of e-commerce platforms, technologies, and industry trends., Familiarity with marketing channels and tactics.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex data to drive business decisions.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines, strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively at all levels of the organization.
