Intern, CSR & Sustainability (3 Months)

Role Summary: We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic CSR Intern to support the Head of CSR & Sustainability in delivering the company's community engagement and sustainability initiatives.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, coordinating projects, and bringing ideas to life. You will work across different departments to help engage employees, coordinate CSR programs, and support initiatives that create positive impact for our communities and the environment.

Reports to: Head of CSR & Sustainability

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to support the planning and delivery of CSR initiatives across the organisation.
• Engage employees and business units to encourage participation in volunteering, fundraising, and community programs.
• Support the planning and execution of CSR events, campaigns, and employee engagement activities.
• Prepare presentations, internal communications, and promotional materials for CSR initiatives.
• Track project timelines, participation, and impact metrics, and assist with reporting.
• Conduct research on CSR, sustainability, and community engagement trends and best practices.
• Organise meetings, maintain project documentation, and provide administrative support to the Head of CSR.
• Any other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the manager.

Requirements:

• Pursuing Diploma or Bachelor degree in Business, Communications, Sustainability, Social Sciences, Marketing, or a related discipline.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Proactive attitude with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Comfortable engaging and collaborating with people across different teams.
• Passionate about creating positive social and environmental impact.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Proficiency in the English language, both verbal and written.
