Role Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented CSR and partnerships Intern who is passionate about sports and curious about how impact is tracked and communicated. This internship will offer hands-on experience in monitoring, evaluation, and reporting (M&E), with a special focus on Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) aligned programs. You will work closely with the programme and partnerships teams to collect data, assess impact, and support internal and external communication of program outcomes.

Location: Mumbai

Duration: 36 months

Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in preparation of donor reports (QPRs, impact updates)
  • Maintain donor trackers and documentation
  • Support donor communications and follow-ups
  • Coordinate with internal teams
  • Support donor activations
  • Help with data collation, research, and presentations

Who Should Apply

  • Students or recent graduates in social sciences
  • Strong interest in sports and social impact is a must
  • Highly organised, detail-oriented, and proactive
  • Comfortable with Excel, PowerPoint, Canva and email communication

Educational Background

  • Master's degree (or in final year) in Social Work, Development Studies, Public Policy or a related field
  • Prior internship or academic exposure to social impact, development, or sport-for-development projects is preferred

Additional Qualities

  • Passion for Olympic sport and India's sports ecosystem
  • Basic understanding of Corporate Social Responsibility and its role in development initiatives
  • Proactive, collaborative mindset with a willingness to learn
