Intern- CRM (Salesforce)

About our group:

We are looking for a CRM Intern to support our Salesforce and Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) platforms. This internship offers hands-on exposure to real-world CRM systems used by global business teams, including configuration, customization, testing, and continuous improvement initiatives.This is an excellent opportunity for candidates interested in CRM, enterprise applications, digital transformation, and AI-enabled business platforms.

About the role - you will:

• Support day-to-day activities on Salesforce and Microsoft Dynamics 365 platforms
• Assist with CRM user support, including basic issue analysis and ticket follow-ups
• Help with data validation, reports, dashboards, and basic configurations
• Assist in documentation such as SOPs, user guides, and release notes
• Support CRM enhancements, migrations, and integrations (learning exposure)
• Collaborate with business users, IT teams, and global stakeholders
• Learn and follow CRM best practices, security, and data governance standards

About you:

• Basic knowledge of Excel and data handling
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good communication skills and willingness to learn
• Interest in AI, automation, and digital transformation

Your experience includes:

• Basic understanding of CRM concepts (Leads, Accounts, Cases, Opportunities, etc.)
• Familiarity with Salesforce and/or Microsoft Dynamics 365 (academic, certification, or self-learning is sufficient)
• Good to have knowledge of Salesforce Trailhead badges or Dynamics 365 learning modules
• Basic understanding of Power Platform (Power Automate, Power BI)Exposure to SQL, APIs, or integrations
